All kidding aside, it’s great to be part of a growing enterprise that invests in its employees and also gives back to the community.” “I’m grateful to be in a profession where I can be challenged and continue to build upon my skills to grow personally and professionally,” she adds.
As for working toward success, “my advice to others on being successful is keep learning, step out of your comfort zone and approach matters with an open mind,” she says. Adding, “I highly encourage team members to take advantage of professional development opportunities. The tuition reimbursement program is a great way to invest in yourself and share developed skills and knowledge at NNGE.”
